Owners

Mike Howell

Founder & Owner

Mike Howell is the founder and owner of H&H Ridgeworks, a roofing, restoration, and construction company based in Fort Worth, Texas. With over 20 years of experience in construction and roofing, he takes a hands-on approach to every project, overseeing residential and commercial work from estimate to completion; including insurance documentation, material coordination, and crew scheduling.

He has led projects ranging from small leak repairs to multimillion-dollar projects at locations such as Lockheed Martin. His focus is simple: quality workmanship, dependable service, and great communication.

When he's not on the job site, Mike enjoys spending time at home with his wife, Megan, and their six children.

Ramiro Ledezma

Project Manager

Ramiro Ledezma brings hands-on construction experience and dependable leadership to every project at H&H Ridgeworks. His expertise includes residential and commercial roofing, standing-seam metal systems, siding, framing, and metal-building construction. Ramiro takes the time to understand each client's needs and clearly communicates their expectations to the crews, helping ensure the work performed in the field reflects what the client was promised.

Jacob Young

Project Manager

Jacob Young brings a commercial construction background and an organized, detail-driven approach to every project at H&H Ridgeworks. His experience includes interior specialties, commercial landscaping and roofing, along with project management, insurance and claim documentation, material procurement, subcontractor scheduling and invoicing. Jacob manages each job from signed contract through closeout and built the systems that keep every project documented and on schedule, so clients always know where their project stands.
